Trying to place an order was way more annoying than it needed to be. I got all the way to checkout, and then the site decided to become Captain Inconvenience and just wouldn’t let me finish. Frustrating experience.

For some reason, my puzzle turned out kind of blurry, and the colors looked way darker than they did in the original photo. I was disappointed because it wasn’t what I expected at all. I don’t think I’d order again.

I’ve reached out to customer service twice now and still haven’t gotten a real answer. I only needed a little help with my order, so this has been frustrating!! Definitely not what I was expecting...

It was an okay puzzle overall, and the pieces seemed to hold up fine while putting it together. The fit was loose though, which got annoying after a while because pieces would shift around more than I wanted. Not terrible, just not as satisfying as I hoped...

I ordered from puzzery.com and the puzzle itself was totally fine, so no issue there. The frustrating part was the shipping. It originally looked like it would arrive sooner, but then the tracking just sat there with no updates for days, which made me a little uneasy.

Customer service did respond, and I appreciate that, but they couldn’t really give me much to go on. I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in a hurry, because I’d want to protect myself from getting stuck waiting around like that again.

I ordered from Puzzery and the puzzle itself was fine, like nothing really wrong with it, but the packaging was... not great. The box showed up with the corners a little bent, and it just had that thrown-together feel, like it was packed quickly and sent out without much thought.
The presentation could definitely be better, especially if you were planning to give it as a gift. There wasn’t any nice little touch inside or much protection, so it ended up feeling cheaper than I expected. Not terrible, just... yeah, I thought it would be nicer.

The puzzle itself was fine, I guess, but it felt way too expensive for what it was. The price already felt high, and then shipping made it feel even more overpriced. I kept thinking the quality would be better for what I paid, but it really wasn’t. Not terrible, just not worth the money. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I thought the puzzle would be a bit sturdier based on what the website said, so I was kind of confused when it arrived. The image looked nice, but the pieces felt thin, and a few of the edges started bending way too quickly while I was putting it together.
